EfM Virtual Open House

Kim Snodgrass One-minute read.   Resources

When: Wednesday, May 6, 2020, at 6:30 p.m.
Where: Online Zoom Meeting

If you are a tad curious about EfM – what it is, how to participate or if it might be the “something” you’ve been looking for – this may be the time to find answers.

Register in advance to attend a Zoom EfM Open House on Wednesday, May 6 from 6:30 p.m. to 9 p.m.  During that time you will be able to observe and/or participate in group discussion, theological reflection, and see how an EfM seminar works. After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the meeting. This is a great way to check out the program.

Every baptized person is called to ministry. The Education for Ministry (EfM) program provides people with the education to carry out that ministry. In an EfM seminar group we are offered an opportunity to discover how to respond to the call to Christian service. Through study, prayer and reflection we are moved toward a new understanding of our roles in God’s kingdom.

Participating in EfM is a worthwhile investment in your spiritual life. Students will tell you it is gratifying, enjoyable and challenging. Studying together, sharing together, we learn, grow and transform.

Contact Kristin Niederberger or Susan Nielsen if you would like to more information.  Hope to see you there!

Kim Snodgrass is Assistant to the Bishop for Christian Formation.
