Following an open meeting of the Constitution & Canons Committee on September 29, further changes to the submitted resolution were made. The web page for the resolution has been updated to include the following:

1. The resolution as it will be presented to the Special Convention — The Resolution As Presented.
2. The submitted resolution as at September 24 — The Resolution As Submitted.
3. A copy showing the highlighted changes to the Resolution As Submitted.

The original resolution text as submitted, translated into Spanish has also been retained.
