The Area Confirmation service due to take place on Saturday, August 17 at St. Philip’s Episcopal Church in Joplin has been canceled.

All the candidates due to be confirmed, reaffirmed, or received have elected to travel to an alternate service, or are waiting for next year’s area confirmation services, hoping that physical distancing and attendance limitations will be relaxed by that time.
