Join the Episcopal Churches of West Missouri in celebrating the Nativity of our Lord. There’s something for everyone, with options for attending physically distanced, in-person services, parking lot services, or joining in from the comfort of your own home with online services. All the live services will be available to watch over again or later as you wish. Why not sample several and find just the right fit for you and your family?
Attendance is by reservation only. We will be physically distanced and face masks are required. The Christmas Eve. service recording will be posted immediately following the service.
5:30 p.m. Family Service. Children’s sermon, filling of the creche with the characters and animals by the children, with Holy Communion (bread only). In-person & online.
10:30 p.m. “Notes of Good Tidings” Instrumental selection of music by various members of our congregation (no congregational singing). In-person & online.
11 p.m. Celebration of Holy Eucharist Rite II with incense and Holy Communion. In-person & online.
Christmas Day
10 a.m. Celebration of Holy Eucharist Rite II – simpler service for those who either cannot or do not want to stay up late on Christmas Eve. In-person & online.
Please note
We will wear masks throughout the entire service and practice physical distancing. If numbers require, will have arranged for people to watch the service in the parish hall.
6:30 p.m. Caroling with Jacki. Come join us online as we sing together and celebrate the season. Online only.
Christmas Eve.
8 p.m. Christmas Eve Service, which will include a celebration of the Holy Eucharist. Online only.
9:30 p.m. Christmas Eve Drive-In. In-person only.
Please note
We invite everyone to join us in the west parking lot of the church for a 10-minute community gathering. We’ll offer a brief prayer, sing Silent Night acappella, receive holy communion blessed at the Eucharist earlier, & receive a Christmas blessing – all from the safety (and warmth) of your car. We will have candles available, however, please feel free to bring your own as well!

10 p.m. beginning with a ½ hour festive music celebration with instruments and soloists and a 10:30 p.m. Eucharistic Incarnation Rite II service with special music. In-person & online.
