Annual Convention Clergy and Lay Delegates — Have you Registered?

Registration for this year’s Annual Convention closes on October 7. If you are a lay or clergy delegate, please ensure that you and your fellow delegates registered before the deadline.

Registering on time is vital to enable Voter IDs to be issued to delegates and registered with the new electronic voting system that we will be using.

Note: You do not need to register to watch the convention online. It will be shown on both Facebook and YouTube, with a Spanish interpretation available on YouTube.

Save the date — Annual Convention Delegate Training

All delegates, those attending in person or online, are asked to attend one of the training sessions that will be held. We will be providing a helpdesk to assist with technical issues on the day of the convention, but it will not be possible to provide detailed coaching at that time.

The training sessions will cover two topics:

  • How to vote using the new electronic voting system
  • Zoom basics (for anyone who needs it).

Training Session 1 – Tuesday, October 25: 10 a.m. – noon

Training Session 2 – Tuesday, October 25: 7 p.m. – 9 p.m.

Training Session 3 – Thursday, October 27: 7 p.m. – 9 p.m.

Online registration for training will open the week of October 9, 2022.

Resolutions

The deadline for submitting resolutions is October 7. This is to ensure that we can translate and publish the resolutions in a timely manner.

Resolutions should be sent to resolutions@diowestmo.org

In-Person Check-in Volunteers needed

We need several volunteers to help delegates check in at Grace and Holy Trinity Cathedral on the evening of Friday, November 4, and the morning of Saturday, November 5. If you would like to help, please email Curtis Hamilton at secretary@diowestmo.org.
