Grace and Holy Trinity cathedral is looking to recruit for two roles, a Volunteer Coordinator and an Events Coordinator.
The Volunteer Coordinator position is a vital link between our church ministry and the congregation. The Volunteer Coordinator is responsible for the support of church-wide volunteer recruitment, training, scheduling and recognition. This includes processing guest cards, managing the volunteer recruitment process, coordinating volunteer orientation, ministry fairs and recognition events.
This is a part-time, non-exempt position for 10-15 hours per week.
The Events Coordinator is responsible for maintaining and scheduling all events that take place at the Cathedral, both Cathedral events and groups from external groups. Coordinates with clergy and families regarding funeral and wedding arrangements.
This is a part-time, non-exempt position for 20-25 hours per week.
