This year we are sharing the Holy Week services from Grace and Holy Trinity Cathedral so that churches in West Missouri that are unable to hold or share all their Holy Week services online can come together and join us in prayer.

On Holy Tuesday, March 30, Grace and Holy Trinity Cathedral, Kansas City, Missouri, hosted an interdenominational service to renew baptismal and ordination vows and to bless holy oils. The Area Confirmation service due to take place on Saturday, August 17 at St. Philip’s Episcopal Church in Joplin has been canceled. All the candidates due to be confirmed, reaffirmed, or received have elected to travel to an alternate service, or are waiting for next year’s area confirmation services, hoping that physical distancing and attendance limitations will be relaxed by that time.
