The Episcopal Church Offers Two Digital Christmas Eve Programs

Two-minute read. The Episcopal Church is offering two, digital Christmas Eve programs on December 24. Available on both the Episcopal Church website and the Episcopal Church Facebook page, these programs make Christmas Eve worship accessible to those not attending a service or program at a local church.

New Website and Task Force Seeks Participation in BCP Liturgical Revision

A new website launched on December 16th at EpiscopalCommonPrayer.org provides Episcopalians with opportunities to participate in the liturgical revision of the Book of Common Prayer called for by Resolution A068 of the 2018 General Convention. The site is available in English and Spanish.

Churchwide Bible Reading Initiative Begins in Epiphany 2020

Two-minute read. Forward Movement, along with partners from across the Episcopal Church and the Anglican Church of Canada, invites followers of Jesus to participate in the Good Book Club, a churchwide Bible reading initiative. The Good Book Club will focus on the Gospel of John, with participants reading a section of scripture each day during the Epiphany season, starting on January 6, 2020.
