One-minute read. Bishop Marty writes briefly on discontinuing his Weekly Reflections and other changes.
Here’s where you’ll find Weekly Reflections by the Bishop of West Missouri, the Rt. Rev. Martin S. Field (Bishop Marty). He will offer a Reflection each week while the life of the world and Church remain effected by COVID-19 (novel coronavirus).
The pandemic has wrought great changes for living in our day, not the least of which is the way it has affected the churches of The Episcopal Church in West Missouri. Bishop Marty reflects on developments in the life of The Episcopal Church and in our diocese arising from our need to react positively to the pandemic. He also offers a spiritual meditation based on the lessons assigned for the upcoming Sunday.
Return each week to reflect on being the Church in this singular moment in time.
