Bishop Bruce’s office in the Diocesan Center has a large set of floor-to-ceiling bookcases, complete with a ladder for reaching the top shelves. There is a slight problem, though. They are empty. Bishop Bruce will not be moving her library to Missouri, but she would like to see the shelves and an adjacent wall filled with pictures of the churches of West Missouri serving their local communities. It’s a theme she would also like to share with the public in the lobby of the Diocesan Center.
“… we’ll put them up in my office and the lobby of the diocesan center as a constant reminder of all the good we are doing.”
Bishop Bruce
Bishop Bruce said, “The shelves and walls of my office and the lobby downstairs look bare. I would love to fill them with photographs showing West Missouri’s churches at work in their local communities. Please send me pictures of your church in action, and we’ll put them up in my office and the lobby of the diocesan center as a constant reminder of all the good we are doing.”
You can submit pictures to Bishop Bruce’s Mission Wall via the link below. We look forward to sharing our progress in decorating Bishop Bruce’s office and the lobby.
