Churches participating in this service were St. Andrew’s, Kansas City; Christ, St. Joseph; Grace and Holy Trinity Cathedral, Kansas City; Grace, Liberty; Good Shepherd, Kansas City; St. Mary’s, Kansas City; Redeemer, Kansas City.
