The 133rd Annual Convention of The Diocese of West Missouri is now two weeks away. This year we are introducing an all- new electronic voting system for to be be used by all delegates, online and in person. Next week we have three training sessions scheduled. All delegates, lay, clergy, those attending in-person, or online — anyone with a voice and vote — is asked to attend at least one session to find out how to use the new system. The sessions will also provide help on using Zoom for anyone attending the convention online.
We will some people on hand during the business session to provide assistance with technical issues, but in the hustle that is convention, time will be limited to sort out problems. If you are a delegate, please try to attend one of the scheduled training sessions. Ideally register for a training session in advance, but if you cannot, you can still join us at the scheduled time (see below), by following this link: diowestmo.org/training
