During Diocesan Convention it was my pleasure as Vice President of Diocesan Council to share the hard work that’s been done throughout the past eleven months toward rebuilding trust, improving communication, and adopting a solid plan for ministry driven by mission and vision.

To become a just, peaceful, & loving community built on our shared love of God and one another.”
Members of Diocesan Council want to hear your voice, especially regarding our mission, vision, and Plan for Ministry 2023. By nurturing relationships with congregations and deaneries it may more fully hear any doubts, issues of concerns, suggestions, inspirational stories, and of course energizing ministry ideas! To that end, I encourage you to contact any member of Diocesan Council, Dean’s Robin, Chandler, Isaac, Bishop Diane, or myself directly.
I welcome phone calls that let us hear one another’s voice. Whoever you contact, please bring along a willingness to engage in discussion and possible solutions to any concerns. As for myself, I’m up at 6 a.m., heading to bed by 10 p.m., and as your Vice President to Diocesan Council want you to know I am always just a phone call away.
When you have an issue with a member of the diocesan staff, please call them directly. Speaking truth in love to that person is far better than triangulation. Direct dialogue builds trust amongst members of our glorious faith community. If a staff issue is not dealt with in a timely manner, then contact Bishop Diane.
