Four-minute read. The National Council of Churches USA (NCC) will hold a public online memorial service on Sunday, May 24, 2020, at 6:00 pm ET to mourn the more than 300,000 people worldwide who have lost their lives to the COVID-19 pandemic, more than 90,000 of whom were in the United States.
