We are busy planning this year’s Annual Convention, and we would like to know how people would prefer to attend.

We emailed all clergy and all registered delegates with a link to a short survey (link included on the button below). Unfortunately, a large number of churches are still to provide their slates of delegates, so we ask that you share this post with any delegates that we may not have been able to reach via email. Thank you.

Our current plans are for the convention to be held at Grace and Holy Trinity Cathedral starting on the evening of November 5, with Evensong and a short reception. On Saturday, there will be a Holy Eucharist at 9 a.m., followed by the business session.

We are also planning to include a virtual option for those who do not wish to (or are unable to) attend in person.

To help us in our planning, we need to know roughly what the proportion of people who want to attend in-person and online is.

We are only using the responses to help with our planning, so don’t worry if you change your mind later.
